about us

My name is Salvatore, and training has been a core part of my life for over 35 years. For me, fitness has never been just about aesthetics—it’s about building energy, confidence, discipline, and a body that supports the life you want to live.

I’m a Biomedical Engineer, and that background shapes the way I coach. I approach training with structure, logic, and attention to detail—while never losing sight of the most important factor: the person. Getting in great shape doesn’t mean destroying yourself in the gym. It means understanding what your body needs, applying the right stimulus at the right time, and creating progress that’s sustainable.

Over the years, I’ve helped hundreds of people achieve their best shape ever—physically and mentally. I work with clients of all levels: complete beginners, people coming back after years off, busy professionals, and athletes who want to push performance. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle tone, strength, endurance, or simply feeling better and more confident in your own skin, the process should fit your life—not the other way around.

I coach both home training and gym training, with equipment or without. What matters isn’t where you train—it’s having a plan that’s tailored to you and a coach who knows how to adjust it as you evolve. One of my strongest qualities is my ability to truly understand people. I listen, I read between the lines, and I can usually identify what you actually need—sometimes even before you can clearly put it into words. Many people don’t fail because they lack motivation; they fail because they lack a system that feels realistic, supportive, and clear.

I also have dual nationality, and that naturally comes with an open mindset. I’m comfortable working with different cultures, lifestyles, and goals. There isn’t one “perfect” approach—there’s the approach that works for you, your body, your schedule, and your starting point.

Along my journey, I’ve taken part in multiple competitions and endurance events, including running races, Men’s Physique, and Spartan Races. These experiences taught me what real preparation looks like: consistency, smart planning, mental resilience, and learning how to perform under pressure. That’s exactly what I bring into my coaching—results, yes, but above all: consistency and direction.

If you’re looking for someone to simply hand you a generic workout plan, I’m probably not the right fit.
But if you want a structured, personalized path—and a coach who combines method, experience, and genuine empathy—then you’re in the right place.

One step at a time.

One workout at a time.

Your best version—for real.
